Jennifer Sanford — Director of Client Success & Operations
In this role, Jennifer takes ownership of the client experience end to end: how quickly we respond, how clearly we communicate, and how smoothly the work moves between our payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory teams. If you are a client of ours, the quality of that experience is largely what Jennifer now spends her days on.
Jamie Starr — Payroll Team Lead
Jamie now leads our payroll desk. That means quality control across every payroll we process — the filings, the deadlines, and the multi-state details that catch growing businesses off guard. Payroll is unforgiving work: it is either right and on time, or it is a problem. Jamie is the reason it is the former.
